Cold pressing and hot pressing of screw oil press

Now customers will ask whether our crops need to be fried or not? In fact, it is the difference between cold pressing and hot pressing of crops. Some crops can be steamed and fried, some crops do not need to be fried, depending on the situation! The following is the difference between cold pressing and hot pressing:
The so-called hot pressing means that the peanuts are fried in a wok and then pressed with an small scale oil mill. Cold pressing means that the peanuts are pressed directly without being fried!

Hot pressing is to squeeze the seeds of oil crops after roasting, with special fragrance, darker color and higher yield. There is less residue in the product and it is easy to store. The cold-pressed seeds are not roasted, so the smell is poor, but the color is good. Cold pressing does not need to heat the oil, the oil yield is low, the crude oil is light in color, has less impurities, and can retain more nutrients in the oil. It is suitable for some small varieties of oils or high-grade health oils that are not suitable for heating. Hot pressing requires heating oil (steaming and frying), and the oil yield is high, which is currently a common method. Therefore, hot pressing and cold pressing do not matter whether it is good or bad, it just depends on the needs of customers, but some crops must be hot pressed, such as sesame and tea seeds; some crops must be cold pressed, such as oil sunflower (also melon seeds). Generally, it is hot pressed once and cold pressed twice. This way the oil output rate is relatively high! The specific need for hot pressing or cold pressing depends on the oil crops to be pressed and the habits of customers.
After deciding how to squeeze, you can select the corresponding type of peanut oil processing equipment.
