The correct use of the pressure roller is one of the most critical factors affecting the use of the cattle feed manufacturing business pellet machine. In our long-term production and service, we found that many ring dies have uneven working surface, low hole rate, reduced production capacity, and the new ring die poultry feed making machine  cannot produce material. Most of the reasons are Because of the irregular use of the pressure roller.

When using the ring die poultry feed plant, the characteristics of the new ring die are: the working surface is flat, but the smoothness in the eyeholes and the guide openings do not reach the smoothness required for normal granulation, and the eyelets of the new ring die have resistance to the material. And the friction is relatively large (especially the small aperture ring die), and the two ends of the old roll shell are more severely worn, and the material easily slips into the pressure relief groove from the wear on both ends of the roll shell, causing the new ring die to discharge Smooth or no discharge. Therefore, the new ring die must be equipped with a new roller shell. Ensure that it is used for more than 100 hours to ensure that the working surface of the new ring die is evenly compressed, and that the perforation rate and polishing rate meet the requirements. In order to give full play to the best performance of the ring die. In principle, each ring die must be equipped with a pair of pressure rollers when it is first used, and the same pair of roller shells cannot be used with other ring die strings.
