1. The oil seam of the pressing strip is blocked by oil residue and debris or the pressing strip is packed too tightly. We should remove the oil residue and check whether the strip is too tight. If the strip is too tight, it should be adjusted.

2. If there is oil storage in the hopper of the cooking oil making machine, we should stop feeding at this time, and then use the oil cake to slowly flush out the oil. After the oil rushes out, we can continue to operate; We can also stop the oil from the discharge port, reassemble the pressing chamber parts, after the adjustment is completed, and then start the press.

3. We should pay special attention to oil crops with high oil content. If the cake is too thin when pressing, the oil can not be discharged from the seam in time, so that it will be stored in the chamber and hopper. At this time, the operation should be carried out by pressing oil seeds with high oil content, and the cake should be thicker, or thinner.
