1. The moisture of the material is too low, the hardness of the processed object is high, and the power consumption during processing is large, which increases the production cost of the enterprise and reduces the service life of the straw pellet machine. If the moisture is too large, it is not easy to crush and increases the impact of the hammer The number of times, at the same time, heat is generated due to the friction of the material and the impact of the hammer, which evaporates the internal moisture of the processing object, the evaporated moisture and the crushed fine powder form a paste and block the sieve, which reduces the discharge of the crusher. The moisture of grains, corn, etc. is controlled below 14%.

2. A permanent magnet cylinder or iron remover can be installed at the feed inlet of the machine, so as not to affect the service life of the pressure wheel, mold and central shaft. The temperature of the straw particles during the extrusion process is as high as 50-85°C, and the pressure wheel is running it is under strong driving force during work, but lacks the necessary and effective dust protection device, so the bearings must be cleaned every 2-5 working days, and high temperature grease must be added. The main shaft of the commercial wood pellet mill every other month after cleaning and refueling, the gear box should be cleaned and maintained at intervals of half a year, and the screw tightening and replacement of the transmission part should be carried out at any time.

3. When the material pressing is about to end, mix a little wheat hull with edible oil and put it into the machine. After 1-2 minutes of pressing, the machine is shut down to fill the mold hole with oil so that it can be put into production next time. It also saves man-hours. After the straw pellet machine stops, loosen the pressure wheel adjustment screw and remove the residual material.
